GENERAL 950 MOBILE CRUSHER with it’s new system, it is the first in Turkey
New System Crushing and Screening Plant, with 150-240 tons / hour capacity. Ideal for crushing granite and basalt.
GENERAL 950 Closed Circuit Crushing and Screening system is all collected in one single platform and can be easily transpoted with one truck. These group crushers have designed for short term installation.
It is the most suitable for crushing hard stones (basalt, granite) and mines (iron ore, chrome mine, quartz).
It is the ideal crushing unit to crush the abrasive materials.
Vibrating Feeder and Bunker
The feeder system is driven by two vibromotors. At this count, trouble-free and minimal maintenance is offered.
The feeder reservoir is suitable for feeding with Excavator and Loader and can be fed in the truck with additional reservoirs during continuous operation.
All wear points in the feeder and in the bunker are protected by wearable armor.
The Feeder Tablet has a screening system. Thanks to the by-pass conveyor, sifted ground material can be poured into the stock area.

Capacity: Capacity is 160 – 240 t/h, it depends on crushing material, feding size and final sizes.
The dust removal system prevents dusting by conveying high pressure water to the nuzzle to prevent the dusting.
Drive drums are rubber coated and threaded.
The gear units are 3 transmission type and the new generation is with torque connection system.
